The Medisoft Practice Management system is the best value you can find. Scheduling Enhancements:

• Ability to print blank superbills for walk-in patients

Advanced Reporting from Medisoft Reports (formerly Focus Reports)

Medisoft Reports, included in Medisoft Advanced and Medisoft Professional, provides users with 228 standard reports, including a wide array of reports providing information on managed care plans, thorough financial information, marketing & business statistics, service facility financial information, templates to export data for use in other software applications, and the ability to create and control custom reports.

Money Matters—An important addition to either Standard or Professional, Money Matters includes appeals letters and twenty collection-focused reports.

Electronic Claims

Claims can be submitted directly to your state's Medicare and Medicaid processors through direct claims modules or through the MeKesson Health EDI solution. Providers may opt to have Electronic Remittance Advice, so that payments and adjustments are automatically posted to the accounts. If your practice requires UB-04 or DME claims, check with us. Third-party software enables easy creation of claims in either format. We’ll take a look at your software setup and claim needs, your format may be accommodated easily.

Note: To maintain HIPAA compliance, users must have Medisoft Version 14 with McKesson's EDI clearinghouse or direct modules.

Electronic Statements

Never stuff another envelope! For less than the cost of the supplies and postage, your statement is created, transmitted, printed, folded, cross-checked for ZIP accuracy, and mailed. There is complimentary sign-up for McKesson's EDI customers, and the cost per statement is only $0.62 for the first page of each statement ($0.12 for each additional page). The service has the following additional features:
