Right now, we have an opening for a Technical Support Representative:

Position Overview

This position is responsible for installation, support and maintenance of medical hardware and software for Bond Medical  clients and internal network.  Examples of these systems include medical billing software, electronic health records software, servers, workstations, and networks.  Support is provided by telephone, by internet, and in person (on-site). 

Essential Job Functions

  • Installation of hardware and software purchased by Bond Medical clients
  • Provide technical support for Bond Medical  clients who have purchased technical support
  • Perform preventative maintenance on Bond Medical  clients as required by contract
  • Educate Bond Medical  clients in the proper use and care of their equipment
  • Prepare documentation of network, hardware and software configurations of Bond Medical  clients
  • Accurately document steps taken to resolve client issues by telephone and in person
  • Adequately safeguard confidential client/patient information obtained in the course of performing job responsibilities
  • Maintain in good working order any Bond Medical  equipment, inventory, and vehicles issued
  • Complete all tasks efficiently and on time
  • Project a professional appearance and demeanor to Bond Medical  clients and co-workers at all times
  • Special projects as designated by IT Manager

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
  • Strong customer service background
  • MCSA/MCSE Certification
  • Proficiency in trouble-shooting and problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and communicate within a team environment
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pound

 Desired Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • MCSE/MCDBA or equivalent experience
  • Network+/CCNA/CCNP or equivalent experience
